1. About Us
Preon (preon.store) is a trading name of Common Room Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16617414, registered office Flat 11 Rodin Court, 25 Essex Road, London N1 2SD. These terms apply to all purchases made through preon.store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Products
All bags are brand new and sold as described. Every bag is made to order by hand, so slight variation between pieces is inherent to the process. Product images are representative; slight colour variation may occur on different screens. All prices are shown in GBP and are the total payable at checkout. Common Room Limited is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. Import duties or taxes charged by a destination country outside the UK are the customer’s responsibility.
3. Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in the event of a pricing error or stock issue. A contract is formed when we send your order confirmation email.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. We do not store your payment details.
5. Shipping
Every bag is packed by hand to order. In-stock orders are dispatched within 14 days of purchase. Pre-order colours are made with the next production run and are dispatched within 14 days; where a colour’s run date is known, the expected date is shown on its product page before you order. Transit time is additional and varies with the shipping method and destination selected at checkout. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or customs.

Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details. Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.
7. Intellectual Property & image use
All content on this website — including photographs, text, and the logo — is the intellectual property of Common Room Limited. You may not reproduce or use any content without written permission.
Press, stockists and creators may request permission to use our product photography: email us via the collabs page telling us which images and where they will appear. We normally grant editorial use free of charge, with a credit to preon.store. Product photographs may not be used to sell, list or advertise goods that are not ours.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Common Room Limited shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the purchase or use of our products.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
10. Cancelling an Order
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, and within 14 days of telling us. Because every bag is made to order there is also usually a window before yours is started — email us and we will cancel and refund in full, with no restocking fee at any stage. You do not need a form to cancel: a clear statement by email is enough. Full details are on the delivery & returns page.
11. Complaints
If something has gone wrong, email hello@preon.store with your order number. We aim to acknowledge within 1–2 business days and to resolve within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it between us, you keep every right you have under UK consumer law, including through the courts of England and Wales.
