One bag, knitted from brass.
spoii.world exists because of a craft we couldn't look away from: fine brass wire, worked in loops like yarn, until metal starts behaving like cloth. It is an old family of skills — the mesh purses of the 1920s, the wire-workers who mended pots village to village, the knitters who never wrote anything down — and it survives now in small workshops and patient hands. We wanted to put one true piece of it on a shoulder, not in a cabinet.
So we make one bag: Tonsiba, the wire-mesh bag. Each one is knitted from fine brass wire and made to order in small runs — no warehouse, no seasonal collections, no version two before version one has been worn in. Hand tension varies the way handwriting does, and metal remembers all of it, so no two bags match. We think of that as the signature, not a flaw.
The brass is raw on purpose. It darkens where your hands go and brightens where they don't, so after a season the bag is a record of its owner — a patina no factory can print. We are an independent brand based in the United Kingdom; every order is packed by hand here and sent worldwide. If something is ever not right, we fix it.
Slow craft, honest metal, one good thing.
